Phenomenal night at Daddis Mixed Martial Arts, Cherry Hill New Jersey tonight. The mats were jam packed with dedicated students working toward their goals. It’s always an honor teaching BJJ next to my close friend and mentor Master Brad Daddis.
On a side note, I would like to share a video showing a one handed Uchi Mata variation shown by my Judo instructor, Sensei David Osaghae of Judo Movement. I personally consider the Uchi Mata the King of Judo. This variation is based off of your opponents dominant lapel grip. I have had much success with this from day one and hopefully everyone watching can add it to their game.
