Here is a great series of basic BJJ drills that can be done at your own convenience. I have found these movements to be very helpful with both mobility and flexibility. If you decide to go for a specific amount of time or reps these BJJ drills can be used to improve your cardio as well. An added bonus is that they are sports specific so you will be using these movements on the mats.
