Jiu Jitsu teaches you how to use techniques effectively without expending a lot of energy. Instructors stress the importance of letting your opponent get tired so you can then take advantage of them. The lessons and skills a person learns during each class are priceless. They can help people out of scary scenarios and may in turn save their life.
