After a short break last weekend, our competition team is back in action!  We have a stacked two weeks of fights lined up all over the tri-state area.

This Saturday, Dave Roberts heads to Cage Fury Fighting Championships in Valley Forge.  Dave is riding a five fight win streak and looks to add another notch to his belt as he takes on a fellow veteran of the cage in this bantamweight bout.

Saturday will also see Gerson “The Black Widow” Ochoa defend his umblemished muay thai record at Philly Ring Kings in Philadelphia.  Gerson will be joined by debut fighter Bobby Malcolm, who with only eight months experience has emerged as a competitive prospect for the team.

The following Saturday (November 9th) we travel to Atlantic City for Asylum Fight League 43, headlined by undefeated Heavyweight veteran Brian Palakow.  The undercard will feature the mixed martial arts debut of three of our fighters–Bridget McEliese, Vu Hu, and Brenden Murphy–as well as the return of Jake Skelly, whose last victory cinched him the title of WKA North American Champion..

Only six days later we cap off pre-holiday fight season with the return of fan-favorite Anthony Morrison, as well as the professional debut of Dan Matala on Friday, November 15th.  Anthony will make his debut in Bellator, bringing over a decade of competitive experience and a resume of fights that’s literally a “who’s who” of MMA elites.  Dan Matala is riding a recent two fight win streak in MMA and coming off a very impressive Muay Thai clinic victory to make his professional debut as well.

This Bellator event is headlined by none other than Rampage Jackson himself!

The fight team returns to action on December 7th at XFE Cage Wars in Harrah’s Philadelphia and December 14th at StrikeZone Muay Thai in Voorhees, NJ to close out 2013.

Tickets are available for all four shows.  Please see fighters for more information.
